SHIPPING

Our standard method of shipping is via United States Postal Service Priority Mail. Your order will typically arrive within five (5) business days. However, this typical delivery time can and does vary according to unforeseen circumstances with the parcel carrier, and therefore cannot be guaranteed.

We do offer overnight and expedited shipping via USPS Express Mail or United Parcel Service for an additional fee. Additionally, we can FedEx your package to you at your request. However, this is generally the most expensive option, and we do not recommend it as our customers tell us that our free Priority Mail shipping option* is fast and reliable.

International shipments are delivered via USPS Global Priority (except for Canada).

* free shipping applies to those orders set up on the Autoship option.

RETURNS

We stand behind our products. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, you may return your order within thirty (30) days for a complete refund, no questions asked. Your returned package must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the date of original purchase.

Refunds are issued as soon as we receive your returned product, according to our same-day policy (provided we receive your returned order before 3 p.m. Pacific Standard Time). However, your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the returned funds (typically a few days to “clear”).

Primal Nutrition believes in a hassle-free experience, even if you decide our products are not right for you at this time. We have a generous return shipping policy. We will not deduct the cost of shipping from your return credit if the package is properly sealed and you have written “Refuse” on the package.
